1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 88fh platform — including its casino games, sportsbook, payment services, live chat, or any associated mobile interface — you ("the Player") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and 88fh. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the platform. Your continued use of 88fh following any published update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 88fh Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between 88fh and the Player.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on the 88fh platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 88fh enforces a strict 21+ age policy across all products and jurisdictions it serves.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of 88fh or any of its affiliated partner companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be located in, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law and where your participation would expose 88fh to regulatory risk.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether voluntarily placed through 88fh's responsible gaming tools or imposed by any other gaming operator or regulatory authority.

3 Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold one and only one registered account on the 88fh platform. Registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, shared IP addresses, or shared payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number, email address, and preferred payment method. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 88fh login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party, and you must notify 88fh support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

• Account sharing — permitting another person to access or use your 88fh account — is strictly prohibited.
• 88fh accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Player failed to maintain adequate credential security.
• Accounts registered using false identity information are subject to immediate closure and balance forfeiture without prior notice.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

88fh operates a PKR-denominated cashier supporting JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Pakistani Rupees unless a cryptocurrency method is selected, in which case conversions are applied at the prevailing rate at the time of transaction.

Deposits are credited to your 88fh account balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. 88fh is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing windows, or network interruptions on the JazzCash or EasyPaisa networks.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method previously used for a deposit on the same account, or to a verified account in the Player's legal name.
• A minimum withdrawal threshold applies and is displayed in the cashier section at the time of the request.
• All active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before a withdrawal request will be approved. Attempting to withdraw while bonus requirements are outstanding may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated bonus winnings.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal is processed for the first time on a given account.
• 88fh reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request and may request supporting documentation including source-of-funds evidence for large transactions.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

88fh offers various promotional bonuses to eligible registered players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spin allocations, and VIP tier rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer, which supplement and form part of these general Terms & Conditions.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all 88fh bonuses:

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Only one bonus may be active on a player account at any given time. Opting into a new bonus while a prior bonus is active will result in forfeiture of the prior bonus unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• 88fh reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to disqualify any player from a promotion where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or breach of these Terms.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting game weighting anomalies, coordinated play with other accounts, or systematic low-risk wagering designed to satisfy requirements without genuine play — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players. 88fh reserves the right to limit or decline bonus eligibility for accounts displaying professional gambling patterns.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 88fh sportsbook — including PSL cricket markets, international cricket, and other sporting events — are subject to the specific rules of the relevant market as displayed at the time the bet is placed. General sportsbook rules applicable across all markets include the following:

• Bets are final once confirmed. 88fh does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except in the event of a clear technical error or manifest odds mistake, as determined at 88fh's sole discretion.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules of the affected market, which are displayed in the sportsbook rules section.
• 88fh reserves the right to suspend any market or restrict bet placement at any time without prior notice, including in response to unusual betting patterns or integrity concerns.
• Maximum win limits apply per event and per day and are displayed in the applicable market rules. 88fh reserves the right to void any portion of a bet that exceeds applicable win limits.
• For in-play betting markets, the odds displayed represent the best available price at the time of bet placement. Late bets that are accepted after an event outcome has been determined may be voided at 88fh's discretion.

Casino games — including live dealer tables, slot titles, and instant games such as Fishing Disco and Ludo Quick — are governed by the individual game rules provided by the respective certified game provider. All games on the 88fh platform use independently audited random number generation. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are available within each game's information panel.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 88fh platform. Detection of any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and may result in referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registration or use of the platform by any person under the age of 21.
• Operation of more than one player account, including accounts registered under different names or using different payment methods on the same device or network.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit bonuses, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or bet, including chip dumping in poker or table games.
• Any form of money laundering, including using the 88fh platform to deposit and withdraw funds without genuine gambling activity for the purpose of obscuring the origin of those funds.
• Chargebacks or disputes filed with payment providers on genuine 88fh transactions.
• Exploitation of software errors, game bugs, or technical vulnerabilities to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 88fh customer support staff or other players.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 88fh platform — including but not limited to the 88fh brand name, logo, website design, software interfaces, game presentations, text, graphics, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of 88fh or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 88fh platform for personal recreational gaming purposes only. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any 88fh content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform software.
• Use 88fh's name, logo, or brand assets in any promotional, commercial, or social media context without express written authorisation.
• Frame or embed the 88fh platform within any third-party website or application.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 88fh, its directors, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill.

88fh does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features. 88fh will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where operationally practicable.

10 Privacy & Data

88fh collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering on the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by 88fh — including your CNIC details, contact information, transaction history, and gaming activity — is used for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and improvement of platform services. 88fh will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

11 Responsible Gaming

88fh is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all registered players. The platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from the account settings panel, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are available free of charge to all registered players and can be activated at any time.

Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of submission. Once a self-exclusion is active, the player's account will be inaccessible for the duration of the exclusion period and 88fh will take reasonable steps to remove the affected player from all marketing communications.

12 Suspension & Termination

88fh reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including where:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player is found to be ineligible to hold an account under Section 2.
• There is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct involving the account.
• The player's account activity poses an unacceptable regulatory or reputational risk to 88fh.
• A player has voluntarily requested account closure or self-exclusion.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, 88fh reserves the right to withhold any balance held on account, including real-money funds, where that balance is linked to prohibited conduct as described in Section 7. Where account closure is initiated by 88fh for operational reasons unrelated to player breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their last verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting 88fh support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within two business days and any remaining verified balance will be returned via the player's most recently used withdrawal method.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 88fh holds its international gaming licence. By accepting these Terms, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration panels of that licensing jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes arising from your use of the 88fh platform.

Nothing in this clause shall limit 88fh's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court in relation to the protection of its intellectual property rights or the prevention of ongoing harm to the platform or its users.
